Practise Yoga twice a week...... it will change your body. Practise Yoga more than 3 times a week...... it will change your life. I invite you to come see for yourself if this statement is true. TESTIMONIAL I've been a tradesmen for 30 year and was an avid runner but my body has talked back and I was forced to give up running. I have run more in the last 2 weeks then the last three years all because of the guidance of Holly. During class I've realised how tense my body usually is and am quietly disappointed in myself that I usually just tolerate this. Through Yoga I feel relaxation through my mind and body. I thank Holly for guiding, teaching and patiently giving me this knowledge. In a class situation she has the ability too see us all and caters to our individual needs with Grace. As a male I thought Yoga would be more directed to females and was shocked how I felt all round from one class. My body feels amazing and I enjoy now having the ability to center myself outside of these classes. I invite anyone especially all you men. Who make a noise when you stand up off the couch cause you too are putting up with a tired, sore body to give it a go! Think of it like this, a car needs constant servicing and an updates to run efficiently so why don't we give this to ourselves. I am a new person through Yoga and invite you to commit a little bit of effort to put you out of your comfort zone and free yourself. My Biggest gratitude to you Holly for letting me be the best new version of myself. Practising Yoga breath work I feel so much more relaxation in my body. I feel my muscles loosen and soften. I enjoy being guided through stretching in Yoga and the connect to my full deep breath. Simon
