Posture and breath are to vital elements to living a full life. The correct posture and alignment will help bring longevity to your body. Repetitive misaligned movement can create culminative negative issues in your body. Creating more pain in the future. Allow Holly to guide you into a better awareness of your ideal posture. Pranayama = breathing exercise that change the natural flow of the breath. With the intention of bringing more life force into your body. Focusing your mind Lowering your stress levels. Reconnect with your breath to breathe deeply and fully. Remember the peace within.
