Yoga strength training to prepare your body for inversions. Inversion helps you to see the world differently. Moving you out of stuck ways into more Joy and Soul Flow. In this class Holly brings her past knowledge from the dance world, her expertise with core work from Pilates and the lengthening, strengthening, balancing gifts from Yoga together. Preparing your body to experience Inversion safely and with ease. Going upside down can be daunting as an adult..... But can you remember how much fun it was as a child? When did the fear kick in I wonder. Let's question that limiting belief. Let's smash it out of there!!! This class is for anyone ready to truly connect to overall health and wellbeing.
